Pasteles en Hojas: Ground plantain pockets (tropical root vegetables and green plantains. Filled with ground beef, boiled and individually wrapped in banana leaves)  (minimun order 2 dozens) (please allow 48 hours to prepare this when not available).                                                                                                      Quipes: Deep fried bulgur balls filled with ground beef or ground turkey or no meat. (minimun order 2 dozens)                                                                                                                                               Empanadas o Pastelitos: Deep fried turnovers/patties -your choice of filling: ground beef, ground turkey, guava and cheese, chicken or vegetables, codfish. (minimun order 2 dozens)                         Bollitos de Platanos Maduros - Fried filled ripe plantain rolls filled with ground beef                           Tarticos: Miniquiches vegetarian or with meat
Arepitas de yuca: Ground cassava fritters
Tostones: Deep fried green plantains

Flan de Leche: Dominican version of the Spanish custard. Delicious!

*Lasagna: Pasta filled with spinach or meat (half or full size foil pan)
*Tamale Pie: Corn meal pie filled with ground beef (half or full size foil pan)
*Enchilada Casserole: Corn tortillas filled with chicken or beef (half or full size foil pan)

Berenjenas Guisadas: Stewed eggplant (half size foil pan)

Yuca: Cassava roots boiled served with sauteed red onions and olive oil (half or full size foil pan)
